We own and lease hotel properties to leading hotel operators - such as Scandic and Nordic Choice in the Nordics, and Leonardo in the UK and Germany - and own 159 hotels with 35,800 rooms in 12 countries. In total, we own hotel properties for more than SEK 70 billion and our shares have been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2015.

Recruitment process
When recruiting, we usually work with external recruitment consultants. Our recruitment process is objective and inclusive. We try to keep a fast pace and conduct selection and interviews on an ongoing basis, so don't wait to submit your application when we advertise new positions. As part of the process, you will undergo occupational psychology tests. We also carry out a background check.
